Iva Tomic

Iva Tomic has been a member of the Center since September 2018, first as an Intern and later as a Research Associate and Coordinator within the program "Migration and Development" of the German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ). Iva designs and runs promotional campaigns for Center’s publications and research activities. She was also on the organizing committee for Center's National Conference on the Future of Work in 2018 and 2019, as well as on the team that organized the first regional conference on platform economy and online work in Southeastern Europe. Iva contributes to the Center’s research activities by conducting focus groups and interviews, as well as working on data collection and preliminary analysis.

Iva completed her undergraduate studies at Bard College Berlin (formerly the European College of Liberal Arts), where she earned a BA in Humanities, the Arts, and Social Thought, with a double major in Ethics and Politics, and Art and Aesthetics.
