Conference „Support of civil society organizations in participation of security sector reform: lessons learned“

The conference on contribution of civil society organizations in security sector reform will be  organized by OSCE Mission to Serbia in Nis from 8th to 10th October. The specific accent is given to participation of civil society  organizations in drafting of security policies and lessons they have learned in the implementation of the projects focused on gender based violence and gender equality, youth security, vulnerable groups and in emergency situations.
 

Public Policy Research Center will be represented by Marija Stankovic, Junior Coordinator in CENTER. She will present the CENTER's previous projects funded by OSCE: Vulnerable Groups And Security Sector Reform: LGBT Case Study,  Roma women and men and security sector reform in the Republic of Serbia and Youth’s local security issues and democratic control of security sector.
